abdominal 6 pak?
i am in excellent shape, low body fat, small waist , no stomach and would like to obtain a 6 pak by 2/23/07.
Do crunches, lots of them... I'd recommend what I do, 1,000+ crunches each and every day. I have a 6 pack that is very obtrusive, in a very good way. Also, if you have access to a gym, do the ab cruncher nautilus machine. If you have "no" abs per say, then start off slow, but work your way up to about 5-10 sets of 25-50 reps, medium to high weight which for you is unknown till you start it. Also, try calisthenics and isometric exercises. For instance, what I do is this....
Lie on your back, put your hands under your buttocks, proceed to lift your feet off the ground, while all the while keeping your legs locked straight, no bending your knees. Lift them up till they are only about 6-8 " off the ground, then lower them, but not to the ground. Till you finish the 15 reps, keep them elevated at least 2" off the ground. You'll feel the burn, I promise you, even if you have to raise the reps and the sets. Won't take long... if you truly have as low bf (body fat) as you say you don't, then by doing what I've suggested you do, you'll probably have pretty rock hard visible abs by 1/23/07. GOOD LUCK, and stick to it!
